OUR VISION & MISSION
Our vision is to stop child sexual abuse. As much as we agree that this thought is utopian, the menace nonetheless is globally widespread across the most developed countries. We are working towards building awareness on this topic, which is highly stigmatised and treated as a taboo in contemporary Indian society.

What are our objectives and how do we achieve these?
-
Creating awareness among children about safe touch, unsafe touch, and their private parts.
-
Empowering the children by training them on how to demonstrate self-defense in case of an unpleasant sexual occurrence and encouraging them to speak up about the ordeal to a person highly trusted by them.
-
Creating awareness among the parents by enlightening them about the symptoms that they can observe in their children if they are undergoing an abusive phase. Educate them about how to comfort, encourage, and gain the trust of their children. Most importantly encourage them to report such cases immediately on the available legal platforms.
The trauma associated with child sexual abuse tends to linger on for life. We aim at reducing this trauma by helping the child speak up and share out their ordeal with us in order to make them feel a bit relieved. In such cases, the confidentiality of the child’s identity and details of the incident is duly maintained.
Why do we need to do this?
Our motivation to work on this humble cause stems from the inevitable need to fast spread awareness about this topic in order to save the little lives and light up precious smiles.
Sexual atrocities among children are now more common than before, however, what’s startling is that this sexual abuse is usually done by somebody known to the children. This ‘’somebody’’ could be a relative, tutor, neighbor, family friend, or even their own family member. In most instances, such cases are not reported, fearing that it might destroy the family’s honour and might eventually affect the future of the child. We strongly emphasize on reporting such cases in our parent’s session, to help serve justice to the child and bring the culprit under trial, thereby forbidding them from abusing another child.
As more children keep coming to us to speak of their ordeal for the first time, it motivates us to liberate them from the trauma and support them in every possible way to help build back a society free from the malice of child sexual abuse.
